FUNDING USES:
The purpose of this Colorado Department of Education Program is to assist in providing educational and supportive, early intervention services to expelled students and students at-risk for expulsion.

GENERAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
School districts; schools; and Boards of Cooperative Educational Services.

FUNDER MATCH REQUIREMENT:
Grant funding must be reduced by 25% in Year 3 and 50% in Year 4 from whichever is the higher amount in Years 1 or 2; cash or inkind.
