Based in Farmington, New Mexico, Annika utilizes a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy that emphasizes safety, trust, and collaboration.
She works with clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. Annika has a special interest in trauma-informed care and integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based approaches to foster lasting emotional resilience.
